How it works
Simply fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page and we will email you. Each month your skin membership will be paid in advance through a monthly direct debit. Skin memberships require a minimum 12 month commitment but we are sure you’ll find the savings and the perks well worth it!
Does it Auto Renew?
Yes your membership auto renews until you tell us you want to cancel 30 days in advance.
What if I want additional facials / treatments per month?
If you’d like additional facials / treatments you simply pay for the additional service. Member’s receive discounts off additional services as per their skin membership package.
Can I share my membership with a friend / family member?
Memberships are non transferable and benefits are exclusive to the members only. £50 Skin Voucher received on the Skin Pro Package can however be given to a friend.
How do I cancel membership?
If you would like to cancel your membership after 12 months please give us a call or just let us know at your next appointment. Please keep in mind that we require 30 days notice so be sure to cancel 30 days before your payment date if you want to make it your last month.
Other Terms & Conditions
• Skin Membership is for a minimum 12 month period.
• The membership will auto renew after the initial 12 months.
• After the initial 12 month membership period you can cancel at any time with a 30 day notice in writing.
• Membership benefits available are not transferable.
• All treatments as specified in the skin membership programme are to be taken within the 12 month period from joining – no refunds will be given for any remaining unused treatments.
