Cancellation Policy

We understand life can get busy and schedules change but we respectfully ask that 48 hours notice is given to cancel or change an appointment.  We regret that cancellation after this time will incur a 25% charge of the reserved service amount (in the case of a top up/ review or consultation appointment £25 will be charged).  Similarly if you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice 50% of the full price of the reserved service amount will be charged (in the case of a top up/ review or consultation appointment £50 will be charged).  Thank you for your kind understanding.
